Upon receiving the order, the buyer must verify that the products match the order. Any issues with the delivery (missing or damaged products, or damaged packaging) must be reported within 14 days of receiving the products. Claims made after the 14-day period will not be considered by the company, SARL GARELY, and the company cannot be held liable.

The purchaser must return the product(s) ordered at his/her own expense. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. If these conditions are met, SARL GARELY will reimburse the buyer the total amount of his/her order, within 14 days of receipt by SARL GARELY of the returned products, with the exception of the cost of returning the products, which will be borne by the buyer.

In the case of excessive or abusive returns, SARL GARELY reserves the right to refuse any future orders.
